I began my career as a Neuroscientist and moved to biopharma industry, accruing 10 years of professional experience spanning Eastern Europe, EU and US. In my most recent role, I was a Senior Director of Business and Commercial Strategy at atai Life Sciences, a mission-driven drug developer, including expanding the team from 15 to over 100 employees, raising over $100m in private capital and taking the company public in a $250m IPO on Nadaq.

Knowing the challenges of working in high-pressure biopharma industry and fast-paced startup culture, I decided to become a coach to focus on supporting executive leadership and their teams. I help Founders and Decision Makers to develop key leadership skills and self-awareness to break free from unseen yet powerful blocks holding them back and to achieve success. I help Executive Teams adapt Commitments of Conscious Leadership for better collaboration and conflict resolution.

I love coaching because it can help each person discover their true inspiration and find their Zone of Genius, learn to be free of old unproductive patterns, so that they can work in full alignment and achive flow state.

Originally from Ukraine, I obtained my MS from University of Tubingen (Germany) and PhD from EPFL, Switzerland. My methodology integrates proven strategies from the Conscious Leadership Group (CLG) framework, combined with Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) holistic coaching approach.
